HOLYMPThe Holymp AI Coach builds your meal plan from the calories and macros you need, how you already eat and what you like: a week of meals you can actually follow. A Beta feature for Premium subscribers.

Tell it how many meals you have, which ones you eat out, what you avoid, allergies and intolerances, and how much time you have to cook.
The Coach builds seven days of meals on your targets, separating training and rest days, with two equivalent alternatives for every meal.
“I ate this” logs the meal with the planned grams. If you ate something else, log it as usual and the next meals adapt.
The list comes from the plan, grouped by aisle, minus what you already have in the pantry. Share it with one tap.
Every dish shows quantities in grams or kitchen measures, with the steps to prepare it.
“Fix the remaining meals” suggests how to get back on track for the day or spread the difference over the next days, without drastic cuts.

Automatically from the week’s plan, grouped by aisle and without what you already have in the pantry.
